Tuesday Bible Study and Discussion

Bible Study for May 16th, 2019

Announcement

Our Bible Study and Discussion Group will continue this Tuesday, starting at 7:15 pm in the Church wing.

This Tuesday before Holy week, we will be reading Acts Chapters 14 and 15. Acts Chapter 14 opens up with Saints Paul and Barnabas preaching about Jesus Christ but running into opposition. In Acts Chapter 15, a conflict starts about a matter concerning the Gentiles – who had converted to a belief in Jesus as the Messiah – and whether they needed to be circumcised or not. Some argued that circumcision was needed to bring them wholly into the true faith of Christ.

Come and see how matters were debated and resolved.

Renew Your Membership for 2019 or Become a Member

Dear Faithful in Christ,

This year more than ever, we would like to encourage you to support our church and its programs by becoming a member of our parish.

As you know, our church is a nonprofit organization that relies on membership fees and the generous contributions of our members and church community to operate. Your renewal at this time will help us continue to provide our Sunday school, beautiful choir, inspiring Bible study and spiritual enrichment to those who attend our services and participate in the life of our church.

We also operate a bookstore, a Greek school and various Hellenic traditional dance classes.

Please renew your membership today by filling out the attached renewal form and submitting your payment by mail or in person at the church office on or before he renewal date. You will receive a charitable tax receipt for the full value of your membership fee. In addition, we encourage you to learn more about the All Saints community and all that your church has to offer you and your family.
